Why doesn’t Windows Media Player want to work when my 4GB USB is plugged in?
Windows media player just doesnt want to know my USB. When the player is on and i plug the USB in it just does the whole encountered a problem and needs to close thing.
I dont know if this is because the USB is 4GB or because I have Ubuntu installed on the USB, someone help please, I want to be able to work and listen to music again

(ANS) I have a feeling that this problem occurs because WMP 11 normally when its loaded and working looks for content (music,video etc) out on the internet or on a network locally.
**Thus when you plug in the USB device or USB drive. WMP11 doesn’t like it, its conflicting with what it expects.
**The specific file thats faulting looks like : indiv01.key
**Which “might” be referring to the programs activation key? does WMP11 require activation ?? NOT sure ??
**You might also try putting this error information into a search engine like Yahoo or google to see if you can pin point the issue further.
Try putting in something like “WMP 11 and indiv01.key” and see what comes back? Its worth a try you have nothing to loose. I have just run this search on google and this problem is related to WMP11 sharing and digital rights management keys. But thats as much as I can tell you. I dont know what the fix is for this but you may want to look at running the search yourself.
