How can I get my room reflects my personality?
Glitter glue nodes are stuck to purpley-blue walls of my small room and sloppy taped posters and some of my childish art. This summer I plan to convert my teenager-esque room for something mature and beautiful. I want to tear down all 60something Vogue magazine pages from my wall and put up big, fine looking framed photographs of my favorite models and other people. I love the glamorous things in life, although I also enjoy candles, incense, buddhism, relaxing, write and play my sax. I want to somehow include all this in my new room and I'm not sure how to do it, any suggestions? Any ideas for wall color (s)?
I sounds like you are growing up and really need a room that reflects you and your interests. I'm not sure what you current selection of colors, but I will try to give you some options. I think you might like an elegant and ripe black and white color pallet that you add a pop of color (like red, orange, teal, pink, blue or lime green) for your personality shine through. When choosing frames for your photos of your favorite models choose black frames, also take pictures to get them done in black and white. This will add some elegance, class and continuity to your room. Plus, it is a very inexpensive way to get some good art for the walls. Choose colors you can live with for a long time. Colours, you will have to look at every day. It is usually best to choose colors for your bedroom that is reassuring as pale pink, blue and green.
