Good Cookie cutter recipe?

Im trying to make some cookies shaped into people … they will represent my family and friend … I will decorate each cookie based on my friends personality
Example : my friend Loves to sing so i will have her name on the cookie and music notes…
Can You Help Me Find a recipe that tastes good and wont fall apart?

I’ve made these, they’re delicious and stable (don’t fall apart).

Philadelphia Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour

Beat cream cheese, butter, 2/3 cup sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Mix in flour. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut into desired shapes. You can sprinkle them with colored sugar if desired. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
