Music Mon Stingray or Fender Precision?
I'm looking to upgrade to a new five-string bass, and I was wondering if I should buy a Fender American Standard Precision Bass or a Music Man Stingray. I have stayed pretty loyal to the fender and have a '72 Jazz Bass, but I'm not sure if I should try something new or stick with what I like.
Personally, I've always loved music Mon basses. That said, I think it would be best for you to try to go to a local guitar shop and see if you like the feeling of one. If not I'd stick to what you used to, Fender.
