How much should I sell my John Petrucci guitar for?
I have a fully loaded Ernie Ball Music Man John Petrucci guitar. t is not the ball family reserve model. It has the mystic dream finish with custom inlays with its crest the first fretand piezp DiMarzio pickups with extra switch turned on behind the body of an extra variation of acoustic sounds. Also have separate toggle switch to switch to audible when desired. B the way in mystic dream finish cost me 400 bucks and it will change color. New this guitar was $ 2,600 and then went UPIN price to $ 2,800 not sure wat they could be worth now. I know the newer models are over 5k itself.
I think your best bet would be to take it to a guitar shop and have them give you an estimate. You can also check ebay … usually that's what I do when I get guitars on consignment. If you can wait at all, I wait.Everything brings lowball prices these days … until the economy picks up a bit .. wait if you can.
